The Time Machine

The Time machine is a novel by H.G. Wells, published in 1895, was a story about an English scientist who invented a machine (Time machine) which can travel from the present to the past and to the future. Now, the adaptation of the title was not a coincidence but intentional, in the sense that, this page was engineered to analyzed the past and present, in order for us to face our unknown future." History repeats it self ".

The Master of the Universe

A great writer once said that when we make decisions, the universe conspire to make it happen. Than man was Ralph Waldo Emerson.
The universe is the space-time and all situated therein; the stars, Galaxies, our planet, and even the thinnest sub atomic particle known to mankind. The universe is everything. This could be you, me, your mother, and the car you dreamed of, the house you desire to own or the girl you loved. These are all interconnected in a web called the universe.
So, how could someone became the master of this universe? The answer my friend lies in our mind. The Thought we made everyday. When we wake-up every morning, when you see the shoes that you are longing to buy, but don’t have the enough money to do so; the people that we hate in the neighborhood, at work or even at home; and our very perception in our own self. All of these are affected of our mind through our thoughts.
Yes, by the power of our very thought we could be and get what we want. Many scientists and new thought advocates already made a study regarding the power and potential of the human thought in what they believe as the universal law of attraction. They believe that humans are part of this infinite universe and the universe will provide all that we ask in it, because we are ourselves is the universe.
The law of conservation of energy provides that Energy cannot be created nor destroyed it can only be transformed from one form into the other and the energy of the universe is constant. This is a very fundamental law of the universe. Now, the question is what thus it mean? Well, picture this: the universe is composed of different galaxies. These galaxies have billions of stars on it. Each star has its own solar system with planets like the earth. The earth has humans - we are composed of cells which are made of atoms. These atoms are made of pure energy. These equates to the law of conservation of energy which states that the universe has a constant amount of energy or the universe is energy itself. The bottom line is that we are a mass of energy and therefore interconnected to the universe.
Now, we already know the science behind the law of attraction. Let us now go to its metaphysical aspect. The very important question that you may ask is How this law of attraction works? And does it really work?

How it works?
The law of attraction works in a very simple, but mysterious way. Ok, let’s put it this way. Remember Aladdin and the magic lamp? Imagine that the universe is the Genie from the magic lamp and you are Aladdin. You are standing in the front of this powerful creature and he told you that he will give whatever you wish for. That’s it! The only difference is that the Genie only gives three wishes while the universe provides unlimited wishes. Now, what you only need to do is simplified in three simple steps for the universe to provide what you will ask for. First, you just ask the universe for something, bad or good, it’s your call. Second, is to wait for it to happen and lastly, know the right opportunity in accepting what you’ve asked for.
The First step is quite simple, you just need to ask for it. Now, how would you ask? By asking we mean thinking. We must always think of something we’ve asked in every day of our life until it happens. When we think, especially something that we’ve asked for, our brain produces or emits certain vibrations and these vibrations are measured in frequency. This frequency scatters throughout the universe, thus making a connection with all that is connected under it. That is why we must always produce good vibrations because positive vibrations attract good results. Scientists have tried to measure these vibrations and they came up with 528Hz, the positive frequency. So, when asking the universe for something, try to produce positive frequency.
Let’s apply the Law of attraction in love. For instance, you like a girl and you really want to meet and talk to her, but you are shy enough to do so and afraid of rejection. What you need to do is to focus on the positive attitudes of that girl. Also think of all your positive attitudes that the girl may also like about you. Writing her name in a piece of paper with things that you like about her and paste it in your bedroom wall would be great. Always have a positive mindset. As the saying goes, what the mind conceives the body can achieve. For you to meet that girl, always think positive thoughts about her and about your self.
Second step would be the waiting time. How to properly wait for something you’ve asked for? By waiting I don’t mean of stop asking. No, even if something that you ask for is still out there you must still keep asking for it, still with positive mindset while waiting. Don’t ever think of something that will produce negative vibes. Always think that you are happy waiting for the universe to give what you asked. Never think, even for a while, that you are hopeless about what you’ve asked for. Set your mind that the universe will never fail you and it will provide what you really want.
Let’s put this in action. Let’s say that you’ve asked for a brand new car. In waiting for the universe to provide that car, you must always positively think that you already owned the car; that every time you wake up you always imagine that the car is parked outside your house; that you holds its key; that you feel the speed of your car while thinking as if you already driving it and think that you already allocating money for its gasoline. Sounds crazy right? But that is how it works.
Now, for the last part of it, knowing the right opportunity in accepting what you’ve asked for. When the universe fulfills your wish, you must be ready in accepting it. You must know that the right opportunity has come for you to harvest your reward for having a positive mindset. Always grab the opportunity when it comes, because it will not linger. In the event that you see the opportunity right in your door step, accept it. Acceptance does not stop after receiving, it should continue. You must always be thankful to the universe for providing want you asked for by always being positive in thoughts and in actions toward others. By doing this, you are sharing the positive effect of the law of attraction.

Does the Law of attraction really work?
Well, this part of my essay talks all about me. That is a fact. Won’t you wonder why only the six percent of the population holds the wealth of this country? That is because this small group of people knew something we do not know which has been hide for so long that only those who understand can be successful in using it. Who are this people? They are the businessmen, our successful politicians and the great people of the academe. All of them knew something which became the reason of their success in life, the law of attraction.
When I was still in college, I was able to watch a documentary entitled The Secret. The documentary is all about the secret of the law of attraction. After which, I started to research all about it.  Only then that I understand the true secret and potential of the human mind by means of positive thoughts. Since then, I always incorporate the law of attraction in my everyday living, in my studies, in my personal endeavors, in my health and the overall success of my family.
I can attest to the veracity of the law of attraction. When I was searching for a company to spend my OJT, I tried to use the law of attraction in order to land a good company for my OJT, like Analog Devices. Since I heard the news that I am one of the chosen students to take an exam for Analog devices, I started to use the law. I imagine passing the exam with a good score; I imagine myself being interview for the final screening; I imagine myself being chosen by the company and I strongly imagine myself already working inside the company. By positive thoughts the universe fulfilled what I asked for.
Many people, especially the religious ones, would disagree with this, but what can I say? The reaction of some people in rejecting the law of attraction is very normal. A person would ask, we should only pray to God, because he is the only one that can provide what we ask for. That is certain and true, But what if God and the Observational universe is only the same. How could it be? Let me explain.
Earlier we talk about the universe as a constant energy, it cannot be destroyed nor created but can be transformed from one form into the other. Let’s evaluate God now. God is constant, you cannot create nor destroy him, but he can transform from one form into the other. And the word Ask is synonymous with pray. See the similarity? But still, you decide to yourself if the law of attraction will work for you.
So, are you that person who is in thirst of success? The person who always think of failing? The person who already lost hope in his self and capabilities? If you are that person, please don’t worry anymore and let the law of attraction change your life forever. You have nothing to do but to think positive, act positive and let your imagination materialize for your own advantage.
As a closing remark, let me give you the words of a great author of Think and Grow rich, Napoleon Hill. He said, “Thought, backed with positive desire transmutes into physical things”.

Reaction paper to J. Rizal’s novel NOLI ME TANGERE

Jose Rizal’s novel NOLI ME TANGERE is definitely a work of brilliant literature. As I look more deeply into the storyline and plotting of the novel, it occurs to me that this piece of work by Dr. Rizal is precisely a social and political satire.  The novel clearly depicts the current socio-political setting and struggle in the Philippines before and during his time. The characters of the novel are greatly associated with those who exist in our incumbent society.

Both the movie and the novel are indeed fascinating to watch or read. The characters and their personalities were meticulously picked by the author to represent each and every stratum of the Spanish colonial society in the Philippines. The oppression and bigotry of the church and its clergymen were clearly illustrated through the characters of Fr. Damaso and Fr. Salvi. The concept of how wealthy Indios install influence to the society of elites by holding large parties and gatherings is best represented by Kapitan Tiago or Santiago de Los Santos the father of Maria Clara. Who became a puppet of both the church and the government for the protection of his business interests. Modern Kapitan Tiagos are those businessmen who fund the political campaigns of politicians to acquire influence and business contracts from the government.

The cruelty of the head of the constabulary guards, known as the El Alferez, to the natives and the retaliation of the Indios through rebellion and subversion in the personification of Elias was a clear and convincing note of Rizal’s view of the class struggle of his era. Nonetheless, that this depiction of such a society is still in existence even in today’s modern time. There are still those who choose to go to the countryside and wage war thru rebellion and subversion due to the continuing proliferation of violence, corruption, and oppression not anymore from a foreign rule, but from their own people, this is the materiality of one of Rizal’s prophetic words that in the near future the slaves will be the one who will enslave their fellow countrymen.

On the other note, Rizal’s appreciation and adoration to the women of his generation were embodied by his characterization of Maria Clara. Maria Clara was said to be the symbol of true Filipina beauty and character. She is veiled with great politeness and with full of grace in her utterance of words and movement of her delicate, but fragile body. However, just like what happened to Maria Clara, women nowadays were also victims of violence, obscurantism, and carnal lust by people of the church and those in authority. Another woman in the novel was introduced in the first chapter,  is Doña Victorina de Los Reyes de Espadaña or simply known towards the whole of the novel as Doña Victoriña. Unlike the feat of Maria Clara, Doña Victorina is a more mendicant form of a Filipino of that time. She notoriously pretends to be a pure Spanish mestiza and by doing so she puts heavy make-up in her face to miserably mimic Spanish women. She even belittled other Filipinos because of their native ways by telling them to be like her, a woman with true “Spanish sophistication”. I can relate to the character of Doña Victoriña, even today the likeness of her still exist. There are Filipinos who are willing to drop their own identities as Filipinos in exchange for a more comfortable life being offered by other foreign lands.

Lastly, the evaluation and criticism of Dr. Rizal to the most basic irreducible unit of the society or the family is worth to be noticed in the passages of the novel. A basic native Indio family composed of Narcissa or Sisa, her cruel and drunkard husband Pedro, and their two children namely Basilio, ten years of age and Crispin, seven. The struggle of their family really affected me the most because what they experienced is still being experienced today without any hint of doubt. Sisa, as a loving and caring mother to her two sons always considers the condition and the wellbeing of her children. She represents all Filipina mothers and our country the Philippines as our only motherland which always cares and provides for us, the children of this country, we Filipinos. However, unlike Sisa, Pedro is the personification of a cruel and abusive husband and a citizen of this nation who always thinks of himself by satisfying his addiction to all kinds of vices without considering his people's negative and abusive effects and motherland. Basilio and Crispin were the clear and convincing representation of child abuse and slavery which still prospers even of today. There were the victims of cruelty and abuse by the church and the people in authority who are willing to kill just to enrich and provide more to themselves even in inhuman ways.

As my conclusion to this reaction paper for the novel NOLI ME TANGERE, I must admit that Dr. J. Rizal was indeed successful if not triumphant in his aim to influence and educate his readers to realize the current socio-political scenario of their times. In his novel, Rizal was able to tackle and attack society's weakness and cancer, both old and new. Because of this writing, many were moved and raised their consciousness to a level that was not been realized by the colonial masters. Thus redirecting the course of history and even started a revolution for the cause of nationhood identity. I might say, as form of an opinion, that the NOLI ME TANGERE can be considered as a Bible of the true situation of the society. Like the Holy Bible of the Christians, NOLI ME TANGERE depicts stories and passages that exist even today, much less that it lays down the problem and the rotten system of our modern Philippine society.

Reaction paper to Dr. J. Rizal’s novel El Filibustirismo

After sometime from the publication and release of Dr. Rizal’s first novel NOLI ME TANGERE, his was able to write a sequel entitled EL FILIBUSTERISMO or translated as the Filibusterism. The word Filibusterism comes from the word “Filibuster” which means a person undertaking a rebellious and subversive actions against a foreign land. From the title therefore one can infer the possible motives and intentions of the author in writing such piece of literature. The same as his first book NOLI ME TANGERE, the novel EL FILIBUSTIRISMO also depicts characters and personalities which has a great relations to the current reality of socio-political setting in the Philippines.
The ending of the first novel NOLI ME TANGERE was when Crisostomo Ibarra escaped the constabulary guards thru the help of Elias who instead sacrificed his own life for the safety of Ibarra. The second novel of Dr. Rizal EL FILIBUSTIRISMO is all about the return of Crisostomo Ibarra in his native town of San Diego, not to return as the fugitive, but in disguise as a wealthy jeweler named Simoun whos aim is to avenge the cruelty he experienced from the hands of the church and the state. like in the first novel, Rizal intended his characters to be a true representation of exiting people of his society. Simoun compared to Crisostomo is more like of a mad man than a protagonist. He aims to yield a revolution by persuading the authorities to further suppress and oppress the people. As a result,  he is expecting that the oppressed Indios would retaliate in violence. For Me Simoun still exist today. They are those who use their wealth and influence to the government officials in order to gain for their own personal advantages.
EL FILIBUSTIRISMO also denotes the continuing class struggle between the church and colonial government against the native Indios.  Here Rizal introduced a character named Cabesang Tales who was a victim of oppression of the church by unreasonably grabbing his land. In return to his oppression, he joined the revolution. Cabesang Tales has a daughter called Juli. Juli was depicted to be a beautiful and charming young woman, a contemporary character of Maria Clara in NOLI ME TANGERE.  She was the love interest of Basilio, who asked for the influence of Fr. Camorra in the release of Basilio from incarceration because of an allegation that he was a member of the subversives. However, because of the carnal lust that Fr. Camorra has on Juli, she chose to throw herself out of the window rather than to be raped by the friar. Juli is the embodiment of the modern young women, who are courageous and gives great importance to their loyalty to a lover and purity as a woman of society. Father Camorra on the other hand, is the exact likeness of Father Damaso in the first novel of Rizal. He is arrogant and opportunistic. He used his position as a clergyman to install influence to the government officials. Today we can associate Fr. Camorra to the priest and pastors who proclaim themselves as vicars of Christ, but exhibit the opposite of his teachings.
Basilio is still in the novel and he is a grown boy now. He is already studying for college. At first, Basilio is still hesitant to join the revolution being proposed by Simoun for the reason that his career is more important to him. I can see many modern Basilio is in the society today. They are those who always think first of themselves before the advantage of their country. They tend to oppose new ideas of reform and only agree to it if they were already became a victim of the system. Like Basilio who joined Simoun only after the death of her lover Juli.  Also some modern Isagani and Macaraig are still active in the society today. They are those student leaders who always ready to risk their lives just for the reform and advancement of modern educational system. Like Doña Victorina in NOLI ME TANGERE, there is also Paulita Gomez who always think of nothing else other than her own comfort in life and her status as an elite in the society. She is willing to dump her lover like Isagani and to marry Pelaez just to enrich herself and lift her social status, she is known in the modern society as a gold digger. Rizal even noticed and criticized the ongoing “padrino system” as a form of corruption of public officials brought about by the Chinese. In his novel, it is depicted as Quiroga, a Chinese businessman who by means of bribes has been able to smuggled goods without paying for the specified amount of tax.
Lastly, there is always a Ben Zayb a journalist who used his trade to black mail and extort government officials for not divulging their corrupt secrets in the media. He also, receives bribe from other officials for good publication of their names and status as officers of the government.
As a conclusion to this reaction paper, I must say that this novel EL FILIBUSTIRISMO is a way darker than its predecessor NOLI ME TANGERE. The second novel of Rizal is full of hatred and vengeance to the state. This is clearly showed by Rizal in his attempt to blow the house were a party is being held for the marriage of Paulina Gomez and Pelaez. That instance of the novel only give the reader the idea of Rizal’s concept of a violent revolution. That if we always turn to arm struggle to overthrow and end the oppression of the government we are always bound to fall like the destiny of Simoun who took a poison to end his life knowing that he was unsuccessful with his plans. In addition like in NOLI ME TANGERE, we can clearly see how Rizal emphasized the importance and effect of education to the masses, how it would eventually free from chains of oppression the slave of ignorance.

Jose P. Rizal's works: Relations and Reviews.

The young Rizal
Rizal’s works were really full of interpretations and meaning which does not only satisfies our delight in poetry, but also opens our eyes about our struggle within a society.  One of Rizal’s works that I like is in tiled “To My Fellow Children” or in Tagalog, “Sa Aking Mga Kababata”. In this poem, Rizal is talking personally to his fellow youth to bear the conscience of a true nationalist, love of country in a patriotic way and by respecting their own native language.

He teaches the youth that by upholding our own language even in an environment of a foreign tongue, is an act of heroism and loyalty in owns country.

He also explained that people who do not have the heart of loving his native tongue is comparable to a rotten fish. I perceived that Rizal compared us like  fishes, the water where we are living is our language and if we decided to leave our native tongue in exchange of another, a foreign language, which is not our natural habitat, we will perish and become rotten.

Another work of Rizal that I like is “A Tribute to My Town”. In this poem, Rizal tried to describe his life as a youth in the bosom of his birth place. Here I see how he really admired and loved his country, how he wants his country to be perfect living place for his people and have the freedom to do things in own place. Also in this work he showed his own nationalism and thankfulness in a place which nurtured him to become a true Filipino.

I  relate the poem “To My Fellow Children” with “A tribute to My Town”which is also a poem by Rizal because both of this works portrayed nationalism, the idea that the beauty of ones people and the grandeur of  his country can be appreciated by loving both of them and we should not be ashamed of our own culture, but instead be thankful to the almighty God that he gave as such blessings. Furthermore, our native tongues represents how elegant and prosperous our country have been. Nevertheless, Rizal believed that, “the youth is the hope of our country”. Both of these poems teaches the youth how to love and respect his own dialect and his birth place in order for other to respect and love him in return.

Rizal’s works were mainly about his Country, his fellowmen and God. What really Rizal wants us to see in all his poems, novels, paintings, sculpture and many others is by being nationalistic, a lover of nature, a lover of your fellowmen and a lover of God will lead us to a true path in achieving  the real freedom not only of our own motherland, but also of our hearts.

History of the Philippines in the time of Rizal.

Dr. Jose P. Rizal
In the time that Rizal was not yet born, the entire Philippines was still under the Spanish colonization, all the uprising of Filipinos against the oppression of the Spaniard did not prosper due to the advantage of Spanish weaponry at that time. The rebellion of Francisco Dagohoy, the longest uprising against Spain which lasted 8 years but still defeated is a good example of this circumstances.

The whole of the country was headed by a Governor–General, a deputy of the king and with the sole authority with regards to economic and political management of the country. Furthermore, because one of the reason for Spanish colonization is religion, The clergies were also vested with a certain authority towards the church, but in the time of Rizal the power of the friars was not only set within the walls of the church, but also in politics.

The family of Rizal are wealthy landlords of Calamba, Laguna. His parent were of Malay and Chinese heritage, both of them were wealthy and educated, they socialized with leaders of the society, the house of Rizal has the biggest private library in the Philippines at that time and they managed to send their children to best schools in the country. Nevertheless, Lorenzo Alberto Alonzo, Rizal’s maternal grandfather, was one of the delegates in the Manila assembly from were a deputy of the Spanish cortes was to be elected as provided by the new Spanish constitution.

In 1861, when Rizal was born, a great crisis occurred within the church when the archbishop of Manila, Jose Aranguren died and succeeded by a Spanish mestizo, Father Pedro Pelaez who risen in the position of vicar capitular – a term used by the canon law to fill the vacant position of the archbishop within the diocese. Pelaez became the brainchild to the total participation of the natives or Indios, as they were called, as priests of the new reformed church. He also acted upon successive decrees which handed the parishes over  religious orders. Now, the revolution against Spain was not only situated within the battle fields of the land but also inside the church itself.

In January 20, 1872, in Cavite, a mutiny of Filipino soldiers and peasantry leaded by a mestizo sergeant named Fernando la Madrid took place at Fort San Felipe. The cause of this military uprising is believed to be the  order of Governor-General Rafael de Izquierdo to subject soldiers to personal taxes, from which they were previously exempted. The said tax requires them to pay a monetary sum and also to serve under forced labor called, “polo y sevicio”. The mutineers believed that the rebellion they have started shall escalate into the national level. Within two days the mutiny was dissolved when the Governor-General immediately sent reinforcement to Cavite and when the Manila rebellion wing did not respond on the insurrection. Thus, they were outnumbered and destabilized by the Spanish armed forces, while sergeant La Madrid was killed in the skirmish.

According to the report issued by Governor-General Izquierdo, the Cavite mutiny of 1872 was an act of treason and rebellion against the Spanish government, in the sense that they willfully planned to overthrow the government and to establish their own, a clear violation to the constitution. Izquierdo also added that all liable to this threat to the security of the Spanish colony should be punished by death. Furthermore, he also declared that the architects of this conspiracy were merely Filipino educated leaders such as; businessmen, abodadillos or native lawyers, and native clergymen. The Filipino priest namely; Mariano Gomez, Jose Burgos and Jacinto Zamora were court marshaled for the grounds of treason, they were, according to the report, will  presided as leaders of the new government.  For such reasons, to install fear upon the rest of the natives and to eradicate secularism inside the church, the GUMBORZA were executed by means of garrotte or by strangulation.

The execution of the friars had a great impact to the Mercado y Alonzo’s because their son Paciano, the older brother of Rizal, was a known student of Father Burgos in Ateneo de Municipal and allegedly a member of the mutiny.

In the midst of the situation, Rizal also witnessed the cruelty and injustice of the Spanish authority when his mother once became a victim of legal vengeance. His mother, Doña Teodora Alberto de Alonzo was accused of attempted murder when she allegedly tried to kill her sister-in-law by poison. A corrupt court led her to incarceration of almost two and a half years. According to historians, the sister-in-law of Doña Teodora had a secret affair with the head of the Guardia Sybil.

In Rizal’s time, Spaniards are not only in the control of politics, the church, but the education as a whole. The friars were the head masters of schools in the Philippines at the time, in fact, the schools are owned by them. They controlled the educational curriculum, making the way to put Christian and religious teaching on the priority of learning from the elementary until the tertiary education. Teachers do not put great emphasis on native language, as well as with science and mathematics, but a bigger part on theology of Christian doctrines and Latin.

At first the schools were only exclusive for Spanish born citizens, not until the start of the 19th century that it was also opened for Filipinos, provided that you came from a known and wealthy family of the society. Although the Filipinos are now accepted as students, the friars still believed that Filipinos cannot match the natural born talents and skills of a pure Spanish. They strictly imposed total discipline that whoever fails to observe shall be subjected to corporal punishment. The friars are very concern about morality and sexes of their students. Thus, the boys and girls were literally separated by
establishing schools exclusive only for the other.

The students of colleges in Rizal’s time were guaranteed with degree in Bachelor of Arts or Bachiller en Artes. In 1859, in Manila, the firs college for boys was established by Jesuits as Colegio de san Ignacio. In Cebu, they established Colegio de San Idelfonso. In 1601, the Colegio de San Jose was built. In addition, in 1589, the Escuela Pia was entrusted by the government to the Jesuits. Later this was called as Ateneo de Municipal or today the famous Ateneo de Manila University.

The Spanish government did not expect that educating Filipinos would mean danger on their part. In fact, to ensure their interest they pattered the education to the Spanish life style. Their primary belief is that, they are just making politics on some wealthy Filipino aristocrats, but they were wrong. This openness of the Spanish government toward the Filipinos to obtain equal rights for education was the birth of a true freedom and the predecessor of a revolution to gain our independence.

Filipinos who bear the seals of Spanish “Coligeos” are referred to as “Ilustrados”. The Ilustrados are the architects of the movement to, if not totally eradicate, reform the rotten Spanish government by giving equal rights to the Filipinos on the same level that of the Spaniards.

Rizal and his fellow Ilustrados established organizations and publications which criticizes the Spanish way of governing the Philippines. This also led to a nationwide uprising of the Filipinos to achieve independence led by Andres Bonifacio and Emilio Aguinaldo.

Coco Chanel: A Nazi spy!

Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel with the Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler
A Paris–based American historian claimed in his book, “Sleeping with the enemy: Coco chanel’s secret war” that the fashion French icon Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel was once a German spy during World War II.

We cannot deny the fact that Coco had an affair with a German aristocrat named Baron Hans Gunther von Dincklage, who was a professional Abwehr spy, but Coco as German spy? Wow! This could be a heck of an allegation.

After Hitler invaded the rest of France, the Nazi’s confiscated all companies that are owned by Jews, as part of their anti-Semitic propaganda. Coco used her position as an “Aryan” to make a petition on the German government to give her the sole ownership of “Perfums Chanel”, The house of the best-selling perfume Channel (which she personally formulated), owned by the Wertheimers, who were Jews.

Chanel was one of those who are called after the war as “Horizontal collaborators”, because they worked for the Germans. She was in fact staying at Ritz Hotel, which was made the head-quarter of the Germans during the occupation.

According to the author, Hal Vaughan, 84 year old World War II veteran. He was looking for documents on police records when suddenly he discovered that Channel was a German spy with an alias of “Westminster”. Coco was sent to Spain on a spy mission and she was also given an order to make a peace talk with Winston Churchill.

After the liberation of France, all German collaborators were jailed for treason, but Coco was released an hour late as ordered by the great Winston Churchill. She automatically flee to Switzerland after.

In 1954, channel returned to France to rebuilt her fashion empire, but his lines were not greatly patronized by Parisian due to her past connections with the Nazis. Rather, his collections were appreciated by British and American Costumers.

Coco died by the age of 87, in 1971, busy for the preparation of her summer collections, she was tired of a long drive and not feeling. Channel was found dead on her bed at Ritz hotel, where she lived for more than 30 years.
